Immediate vacancy for Mechanical Foreman
Salary negotiable
Qualification:
-Preferably with ICT and Diploma in order for us to apply for an EDD Plumber License.
-With Experience in a Construction Firm
Job Description:
-Responsible for supervising mechanical workers and making sure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
-Supervising the erection, testing and commissioning of all mechanical works that include (HVAC, Plumbing work, Firefighting)
-Reviewing the drawing
-Responsible for the review of mechanical design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authority and Client's approval.
-Responsible for the preparation and review of mechanical design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects.
-Responsible for the participation in the progress and coordination meetings of the design projects and the preparation of the meeting records.
